Day 77
Hit up the casino again, more 1-3
I went in tired, and didn't play very well, so for a while I was in a little bit of danger of coming out negative, but I managed to make about +160$$ profit.
Bankroll now sits at 1225$$
I have four buy-ins to a game where i should have 30. Next time I go, I am making sure i get plenty of sleep beforehand.

Day 76+
Ok, so I know it hasn't been 15 minutes since my last post, but I just received an email from FTP telling me they processed my Take 2 bonus money, so I just got 25$$ more in my account. If that's not a good sign, especially just after my last post, then I dont know what is.
:D

Day 76
Well mates, it's been a little while.
In the meantime, things have been happening in the poker world as a whole, and for me individually. Ever since black friday hit, I haven't played online at all due to the FBI closing down FTP (among others) to all US players. So in response, I decided I could give a live cash game one solid chance. I know Im not really rolled for it, but I went in with the intention of playing the best poker I could, and hopefully, riding some positive variance to build a br.
So here are the results so far
Day 1) Bought into a 2-4 (1-2) game with 200, lost a bit, bought in for 100 more, and came out with 140$$ profit.
Day 2) Bought into a 1-3 game with 300, played tight-solid-agg, made profit, lost a bit when my flush got river royaled, and continued to play solidly. Ended the day with 660$$ profit.
Net results = 300 (original investment) + 800 (profit) - 40 (removed to pay for some stuff) = 1060 $$
So there it is folks, I guess I'm beginning my live game career. I've started up a new bank account solely dedicated to the br, since I want to keep my funds separate. Also, I know that even 1k is an uncomfortably small br for 1-3 stakes, but considering thats the smallest stakes available at casinos around here, its the best I can do. My plan is to keep playing the best poker I can, and hopefully build a sustainable roll from there. It's going to take a lot of concentration, but I think I can do it. My next goal is to get to 2.5-3k, at which I will have ~10BI, followed by 5-6k, for 20BI, and then 9-10k for ~30BI. From there, I plan to follow proper bankroll management, and hopefully, hopefully make this the most successful venture I've engaged in.
I've come a long way since I've started, and learned a lot, but I still have a lot to learn yet.
As far as online goes, I'm probably going to start playing again on a different site once I can withdraw my funds from FTP, but until then, I'm only going to leave funds in one site at a time, especially with the feds getting bloodthirsty for online poker.
Good luck mates.
